Job Description
The Account Operations Manager will need to reside in the DC Metro Area in order to be able to attend meetings in the Ashburn office as well as meet clients in Washington, DC.
Responsibilities include:
- Support business functions
- Maintain client satisfaction
- Identify business opportunities
- Define work flows for internal operations
- Assist with daily operation of the company including but not limited to HR, accounting, marketing, and training
- Handling project operations for client accounts
- Budgets and resources allocation
Skills required:

- prior government contracting experience
- College degree, Master's preferred
