We are looking for a Communications Manager / Executive Assistant to join our team!
POSITION SUMMARY
The Communications Manager / Executive Assistant is responsible for managing the communications department (front desk reception staff), as well as providing administrative support for the Administration Department staff, including performing clerical duties, attending departmental and clinical meetings, coordinating medical staff activities and providing support relating to personnel matters as required. The Communications Manager / Executive Assistant is also responsible for the credentialing and privileging of the medical staff and maintaining medical staff files.

Minimum Requirements:
- High school graduate or equivalent required. Associate degree preferred.
- At least two (2) years’ experience with credentialing and privileging physicians in an inpatient setting.
- Must be able to type at least 65 w.p.m.; knowledge of medical terminology, and thorough knowledge of Word and Excel software programs; shorthand experience desired, but not required.
- Must have or be able to obtain level 1 fingerprint clearance card.
