Quail Surgical and Pain Management Center in Reno, Nevada, is an outpatient surgical center dedicated to providing high-quality patient care.

Established by a group of community physicians, the goals of the founding physicians have not changed since they were established in 9.

This IT Coordinator / Credentialing / Maintenance opportunity is full time, offers full benefits and a convenient day-shift schedule.

This dynamic individual, under the direct supervision of the Administrator, will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Maintenance, Credentialing & Information Services.

This person will support the philosophy, objectives and goals of the Quail Surgical & Pain Mgt Center and supports and participates in quality improvement activities.

This individual serves as the Facility Safety Officer

Job Duties / Responsibilities :

• Resolves all maintenance and computer issues in a timely manner.
• Evaluates non-medical capital equipment for replacement and oversees the billing process and approved acquisition and installation of both mechanical and computer equipment.
• Works with contracted computer vendor to coordinate maintenance on Quail's computer network

Universal Health Services :

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5 years work exp in either, facility management or information services management
• Working knowledge of healthcare facility operations
• Knowledge of state, federal, and accreditation body laws and regulations pertaining to credentialing, and HIPAA
