Keller Schroeder, an information technology firm in Evansville, IN is seeking a Senior Network Engineer located in Southwestern Indiana, Bowling Green KY, or Nashville TN areas. This individual will be responsible for providing design, implementation, and technical support to clients for their data network infrastructure. This includes identifying opportunities for the use of technology to improve business efficiency, performing network design tasks, assessing existing design and implementation practices, performing network implementations, and providing support for clients’ data network environments. Responsibilities:

• Offer pre-sales and post sales infrastructure consulting services to both internal and external clients.
• Assist with designing, building, and managing network environments.
• Establish trust and build relationships with people at all levels of client’s organization.
• Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership and management regarding latest technologies, solutions, and best practices.

Requirements:

• 8 years infrastructure networking experience in one or more of the following areas: LAN/WAN Administration, Enterprise Wireless, Datacenter Networking, Next Generation Firewalls, and/or SD-WAN Technologies.
• Advanced skills troubleshooting complex and dynamic network environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong ability to document processes and procedures clearly and accurately for distribution to internal teams and clients.
• Experience prioritizing and working productively while multitasking.
• Be proactive, reliable, self-accountable, and able to work independently without direct supervision.
• Ability to effectively communicate designs, concepts, and technical issues to a non-technical audience.
• Minimal travel requirements.

Preferred Experience:

• CCNP/CCIE or equivalent experience level
• Strong conceptual and hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas:
• Cloud Networking
• Cisco Networking Products
• Zero Trust Architectures
• Server and Network Virtualization
