Qualified Staffing Cartersville is hiring for a Customer Service position in Acworth, Ga.
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
$18/hr
Duties:
• Answer the phone with clear voice, and at a medium volume (not so soft)
• Take orders over the phone and via email.
• Follow up with vendors
• Address inquiries regarding products and services.
• help resolve any customer complaints via email or telephone call.
• Other responsibilities include working with supervisor to create documentation that assist/improve the Customer service process (typing documents, etc)
• Must be patient and have a good clear voice when communicating. Must know how to write and respond using GMAIL. Be able to multitask.
• Must be a fast learner, time management important, enthusiastic/energetic/focused/detail oriented and willing to work as a team.
• Required skills: Quickbooks desktop version, MS Excel, MS Word, copier operation
