Maintenance Technician Midnight Shift
Our client is a leader in plastic injection molding and growing by leaps and bounds by providing engineering solutions for advanced composites and engineered resins across multiple industries.
Our ideal candidate will be a motivated team player with proven knowledge of the pair and maintenance of plastic processing machines (injection / blow) and other equipment.
You will be a vital member of the Maintenance Team.
Key Responsibilities :
Visually inspect machines and equipment to diagnose and locate causes of malfunctions.
Dismantle machines to gain access for troubleshooting and repair.
Perform preventative / predictive maintenance on plastic processing machines and auxiliary equipment in compliance with schedules.
Accurately troubleshoot issues that arise during production and be able to respond quickly.
Maintain, add, and update preventative maintenance schedules in IQMS.
Skills / Qualifications :
Associate’s degree, Trade or Technical School or Equivalent preferred.
2-5 years of practical, hands-on maintenance experience.
Processing / injection molding classes / certifications a plus.
Experience with injection molding equipment, assembly process and auxiliary equipment.
Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic and electronic systems in injection molding manufacturing environments.
Experience working on robots & automation equipment.
