Positions available : CORRUGATED
- Automaton Operator
- Flexo Operator
Schedule :
- 1st, 3rd and weekend shifts
- Overtime will be offered based on needs
Pay Rate :
$16.00 per hour (Could be more depending on experience)
Responsibilities :
- Setup machine accurately in accordance with proper setup techniques
- Minimize waste of sheet stock
- Monitor quality, including, but not limited to, loose liner, warp, correct size and print
- Cross train on other machines and switch duties as needed
- Turn in maintenance work orders to supervision for needed repairs; be proactive in the maintenance of equipment
- Operate the machine to run efficiently and produce quality products
- Attend all plant safety meetings
- Maximize the utilization of equipment by operating the machinery at available capacity and speed
- Adhere to production schedule; make recommendations for optimizing the schedule to meet cost, quality and service goals
- Train and assist Helper / Assistant with job duties at the machine
- Inspect all dies before and after running to ensure that any necessary repairs are made before the next run
- Complete all necessary paperwork in an accurate and timely manner
- Comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety and maintaining good housekeeping
- Ability to trouble shoot issues on machine to minimize downtime
Qualifications :
- Must be able to read tape measure
- Use basic body mechanics as you will be moving, walking, twisting, using upper body
- Must be able to lift / and or move up to 50 lbs.
