Responsible for the design and execution of marketing strategies, policies, and programs for& our client& and our products. Assesses existing and potential markets establishes and implements product strategies, coordinates promotional activities, and oversees new product launch initiatives.& Monitors market/industry for changing paradigms, technical and gjobth trends, impacts of environmental and government forces, and performs analysis to determine the impact on our products and markets, market share and competitive positions with respect to trends, potential customers, competitors, penetration, and product preferences.& May advise senior management on marketing trends and issues.

Essential Duties:

• Work with Product Development, Sales and Business Development to create and implement marketing strategies to broaden awareness of& client& and& their& products
• Develops sales projection, product introduction and distribution plans.
• Oversee and approve marketing material, from website design, brochure design to aesthetics in our office building
• Create content to build and enhance corporate culture and pride
• Proposes and implements budget for marketing expenses.
• Provides Sales support in the following areas:
  • Writes, places, and evaluates product news releases and advertisements.
  • Writes and edits technical sales literature
  • Provides support for trade shows and tech days. Selects, arranges, attends and evaluates trade shows.
  • Initiates and follows through on direct mailings.
  • Works closely with Sales in developing technical, market, industry or sales strategy.
  • Provides proposal support and ensures marketing material is available as needed for sales and proposals
• Creates and executes plans for increasing product sales internationally, supports other company locations as needed.
• Responsible for enhancing the company website and intranet, creating content for newsletters, press releases and social media sites
• Manages formal and informal partnerships with suppliers, customers, and other companies.
• Manages relationships with the Global marketing in Japan, both strategic and tactical.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors& Degree in Marketing with a minimum of 10 years of demonstrated technical marketing experience (including at least 5 years in Marketing Management).&
• Must have experience in worldwide marketing of capital equipment such as industrial automation, process control, instrumentation, and/or manufacturing/production systems.&
• Preferred candidates will have marketing experience in automotive test systems and/or powertrain test systems.&

• Must review and measure progress against criteria and implement any needed enhancement or corrective action.
• Some travel may be required
• Supervision of marketing professionals in product marketing and marketing communications.
