Production Worker in Archdale, NC

- A $30 dollar gas card bi-weekly, once you hit a minimum of 36 hours
- Hourly pay ranging from $16.00 to $17.00 an hour, with potential to increase hourly pay after 60 days (based off performance)
- Once a month lunch served by the Management team
- 7pm to 7am rotating shift, 2-2-3

Description of Duties
- Mix products according to shop order
- instructions. Keep raw materials and
- packaging supplies orderly to support
- mixing operation.
- Communicate with supervisor to keep
- machine on established schedule.
- Monitor all aspects of machine operations
- and assist when necessary. Operate
- machine to maximize productivity.
- Monitor product quality during entire
- mixing and packaging operation.
- Adjust batches when
- necessary to maintain good product
- quality.
- Be familiar with mechanical and electrical
- troubleshooting issues on machine to
- reduce the need for maintenance and
- increase uptime.
- Package hot melt as back up to packaging
- operator, if necessary.
- Maintain good housekeeping in area.
- Perform other jobs as required by
- supervisor.
Physical Requirements:
- Be able to lift up to 50lbs
- Pallet jack lifts and adjustable tables to help support lifting
- Bending, squatting, and pushing required
