Main responsibilities
In your role as Sales Manager in the customer sales department at Qualifyze, your primary responsibility is to support and guide your team members to reach their targets, providing them with the necessary tools, skills, and knowledge to excel in their respective markets.
You will serve as the main point of contact for your team, offering assistance whenever they have questions or encounter challenges during the sales process with clients. A problem-solving mindset and a genuine interest in understanding your team members' daily tasks and challenges are essential.
