Job Type: Full-time
Available time to work: 7:45am to 6:30pm (Monday through Friday)
Pay: $27.00 to $32.00 per hour (depending on education)

Our Clinical Supervisor position is available to professionals’ pursuing certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Our dedicated Clinical Supervisor team delivers hands on supervision to clients under the mentorship and supervision of certified BCBAs. Clinical Supervisors share their caseload with an assigned BCBA mentor and are set up for success through strong mentorship and an abundance of unrestricted hours. We provide an environment designed to minimize time spent on non-ABA tasks through our online data collection and report writing system, and a full scheduling department. Our direct line teams are Registered Behavior Technicians, providing the highest level of expertise for our Clinical Supervisors and clients. The Clinical Supervisor’s work life balance is essential to our mission and is maintained by our onsite workdays (limited to no driving, and a M-F work week) as a clinic-based agency.
QBS is dedicated to using ABA in the way we operate and manage; we offer performance pay opportunities through our monthly bonus plans and semi-annual review periods. We have numerous promotional opportunities for our Clinical Supervisors to grow in our field and within our agency through performance tier systems. The performance tier systems create opportunities for future BCBA openings among other clinical growth opportunities.
