RN - Home Health

We're looking for RNs for an immediate travel nurse opening. The right RN should have 2 years or more of recent experience.

As a Travel Nurse, you should be prepared to perform the following tasks:

• Provide basic bedside care.
• Monitor and adjust specialized equipment used on patients.
• Initiate corrective action whenever information from monitoring equipment shows adverse symptomatology!
• Able to stand and walk for long periods of time, as well as bend, lean and stoop without difficulty.
• Able to easily lift 20 pounds. Moving or lifting of patients may require lifting of up to 50 pounds at times.

This is a high acuity, fast-paced unit that requires teamwork and strong communication skills. First Time Travelers Accepted. Travelers will be expected to float.

Pay Package

• Paid Weekly
• Weekly Gross $ 2469
• Hourly Rate $ 34.25
• OT Rate $ 51.38
• Weekly Stipend $ 1099
• Blended rate $ 61.72
• 8 Week contract
• Based on 40hrs/wk. Shift details decided in interview (8 hrs)

We are currently seeking a compassionate and team-oriented individual to join Caledonia Home Health & Hospice, a division of Northern Counties Health Care. As part of our team, you will provide a full range of professional nursing services to clients of all ages, including admission, evaluation, and care plan development. Working alongside a dedicated team of homecare professionals and paraprofessionals, our nurses strive to deliver the highest level of coordinated care for clients in Caledonia and southern Essex counties.

Qualifications:

- Current Vermont RN license.

- Minimum of one year prior clinical experience in a home health setting.

- COVID and Influenza vaccines are required.
