A Front Desk agent will be the face of our company for arriving guest, a smile and welcoming body language is a must to ensure a inviting atmosphere.
Shift is from 9am - 2pm , or 2pm - 8pm.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Greets, registers, and assigns rooms to guests. Issues room key and gives directions.
- Sorts incoming mail and faxes for guests
- Answers inquiries pertaining to hotel services; registration of guests; shopping, dining, entertainment and travel directions.
- Keeps records of room availability and guests' accounts
- Computes bill, collects payment, and makes change for guests
- Makes, confirms, and cancels reservations
- Posts charges such as laundry, faxes, copies to guest room ledger
- Must be knowledgeable of all in-house services and be able to assist customers when questioned.
- Room directions along with hotel outlets along with hours of operation must be explained to all customers.
- Coordinating the driver to pickup and drop off at the MCI airport.

- Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent is preferred
- Experience in a customer service industry is required
