Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere. As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.

Duties:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently
- Assist guests with inquiries and provide information about the hotel/resort
- Handle guest requests and resolve any issues promptly
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction

Experience:
- Previous experience in hospitality management or a similar role is preferred
- Proficiency in using phone systems and office equipment
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
- Strong customer service and guest relations skills
- Knowledge of hotel or resort operations is advantageous
