. This role will focus on overseeing and creating visually stunning content and assisting with managing our social media presence. The ideal candidate will have strong photography skills, experience with post-editing using Lightroom, Photoshop, and InDesign, and a solid understanding of social media strategies and trends, and supervisory experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation:
   • Capture high-quality photographs and videos that align with our brand aesthetic and marketing goals.
   • Edit photos and videos using Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, and InDesign.
   • Develop original and engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, and other digital platforms.
   • Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing content that tells our brand story.
   • Supervising a small group of content creation specialists and photographers/videographers
2. Photography and Post-Editing:
   • Plan and execute photoshoots, including aquatic life, product, and lifestyle photography.
   • Edit photos to ensure high quality and consistency.
   • Create visual assets for marketing materials, social media, and websites using InDesign.
3. Social Media Engagement:
   • Aid in the development and implementation of our social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.
   • Create, schedule, and publish content across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
   • Monitor social media trends, track performance, and adjust strategies to optimize reach and engagement.
   • Engage with our audience, respond to comments and messages, and manage community interactions.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience as a Digital Content Creator, Social Media Specialist, or similar role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Supervisory Experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices is a plus.
• Experience with aquarium keeping and aquatic life a plus.
