Quality Medical & Physical Therapy is Hiring a Medical Receptionist Near Springfield, MA

Established physical therapy outpatient practice is hiring a Medical Receptionist, previous medical office experience is preferred. You must be dependable, energetic, courteous, have good people skills and the ability to work with medical and all office staff. Duties and responsibilities are numerous: Greeting patients, registrations, professional telephone skills/etiquette, medical insurance verification/pre-certification, medical software computer skills, chart preparation and maintenance, appointments and again-excellent people skills. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 28 – 32 per week

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
