Quality Pressure Washing is Hiring a HR Administrator Near Alsip, IL

Job Overview:

We are seeking an Assistant/Generalist who is proficient with administrative tasks, benefits management and enforcing company policies. Responsible for resolving policy-related issues and up to date with regulations.

Additionally, provide support for compliance and recruiting efforts. Requirement to be detail-oriented, organized and a great communicator.

Qualifications:

1. Administrative Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail and proficiency in office software.

2. HR Knowledge: Understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practice, including benefits administration and onboarding process.

3. Compliance Expertise: Knowledge of employment laws and regulations to ensure company policies align with legal requirements.

4. Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to resolve policy-related issues, handle employee concerns, and find solutions to HR challenges.

5. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively enforce company policies and interact with employees and steak holders.

6. Recruitment Experience: Familiarity with recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.

7. Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
