Quality Staffing Services Inc. is currently looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented staffing specialist to join our Batavia, OH team. As a staffing specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment process and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Duties:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates
- Assist with job postings and candidate sourcing
- Conduct initial screenings of resumes and applications
- Coordinate pre-employment assessments and background checks
- Assist with employee orientation and onboarding processes
-Answer high volume calls.

Experience:
- Previous experience in staffing or similar role preferred
- Strong knowledge of recruiting/ staffing processes and best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to conduct research and gather relevant information on potential candidates
- Experience with training development is a plus
- Familiarity with cold calling techniques is a plus
