Positions Available:

Chapel Hill, NC:

Ultrasound Technician (RDMS/OB/GYN) or ARRT(S)

Nights: 6:00pm-4:30am (Wednesday-Saturday), 4x10 hour shifts

• Must have 2 years of recent Ultrasound experience
• Must have experience working with Neonates, Infants, Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults and Geriatrics
• Must have the following skills: Outpatient, Biopsies, Ped appendix, Ped intussusception, Ped pylorus, Infant heads, infant hips, Liver elastography, Contract enhancement, Ovarian/Testicle doppler, Liver Doppler/TIPPS, Renal transplant, and M Mode fetal HR.
• EPIC experience required
• InteleRad PACS experience required
• GE & Siemens experience preferred
• Level 2 trauma center. Perform on occasionally: Limited OB > 14weeks/ 1st trimester. We have a sperate tower (South tower) that handles 99.9% of the OB, Neonate, NICU, & Women's care exams, Women's & Children Center (WCC). Liver Elastography (OP setting only). Vascular exams, we perform Renal Transplant and Liver Doppler (TIPPS eval); there is a separate department that preforms the remaining vascular exams. General department performs Para and Thoras on Sat/Sun for Inpatient/ ED patients only. Biopsies: Liver (rare occasion Contrast Enhancement), soft tissue, occasional drainages/aspirations, Kidney, & FNA of thyroid nodule.
• ARRT(S) required with The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists OR ARDMS (OB/GYN) with American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers
• BLS Certification (American Heart Association only)

Rate: $54/hour = $2,160/weekly

Cardiovascular Sonographer/Vascular Technician (RVT or RVS)

Days: 7:30am-4:00pm (Monday-Friday), 5x8 hour shifts

• Must have 2 years of recent Sonographer experience
• No Call, No Weekends
• Major tasks include ultrasound imaging, patient preparation
• RVT or RVS required by ARDMS (American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers) OR CCI (Cardiovascular Credentialing International.
• BLS Certification (American Heart Association only)

Rate: $56/hour = $2,240/weekly

Raleigh, NC:

Cardiovascular Sonographer (RDMS or CCI)

Days: 8:00am-4:30pm (Monday-Friday), 5x8 hour shifts

• Must have 3 years of recent Vascular Sonographer experience
• Must have exercise stress testing experience
• No Call
• No Weekends
• RDMS – Registered by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) or CCI (Cardiovascular Credentialing International)

Sonographer/Ultrasound Vascular Tech (RVT/RVS) **outpatient clinic**

Days: 7:30am-4:00pm (Monday-Friday), 5x8 hour shifts

• Must have 2 years of recent Sonographer/Ultrasound experience
• Patient Population: Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults and Geriatrics
• GE & PACS experience required
• Must have EPIC experience
• No Weekends
• RVS Preferred
• BLS Certification (American Heart Association only)

Rate: $62/hour = $2,480/weekly (travel rate, located >75 miles from facility)
$59/hour = $2,360/weekly (local rate, located <75 miles from facility)

Hillsborough, NC:

Vascular Sonographer/Vascular Echo Lab (RDMS/VT) or CCI

Days: 8:00am-4:30pm (Monday-Friday), 5x8 hour shifts

• Must have 2 years of recent Echo Sonographer experience
• Must have Vascular, TEE, Stress Echo and pharmacologic stress echo experience
• EPIC experience preferred
• No Weekends
• No Call
• Registered by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI)

Ultrasound Technician (RDMS)

Nights: 6:30pm-5:00am (Friday-Monday), 4x10 hour shifts

• Must have 1 year of recent Ultrasound Tech experience
• EMR: EPIC experience
• Preferred experience with Powerscribe 1
• Floating Requirements: float to like acuities or less if needed
• No Call required
• Need to have DVT vascular, deep abdominal Doppler, pediatric and 1st trimester OB experience
• Provides a variety of diagnostic ultrasound procedures (invasive and non-invasive) interprets a variety of ultrasound examinations ranging from routine OB/GYN, vascular, abdomen and small body parts to intra-cavity and color Doppler and a variety of biopsies.
• RDMS – Registered by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS)
• BLS Certification (American Heart Association only)

Days: 7:30am-5:00pm (Monday-Friday), 4x9 hour shifts

• Equipment: Samsung Hera W10 and Samsung RS 85 Prestige
• Outpatient experience required
• Teaching hospital experience preferred
