This is a 1st shift position working 8 : 00 am- 4 : 30 pm Monday through Friday for a total of 37.5 hours per week. The pay rate for this position is $14.

00 per hour. Job Duties and Responsibilities will include but are not limited to : -Under general supervision, will be responsible for professional staff work of routine through average difficulty and will perform related work as required.

• Responsible for clerical / front desk duties including answering phones, customers service, receiving and registering applications, receiving and processing verifications, data collection and data entry, research of case information and completing assignments.
• Must have good listening and communication skills and be able to adapt to changes in assignments as needed. Minimum Skills Required (at least 3 years of experience) : -Excellent Customer Service Skills-Excellent Verbal & Written Communication Skills-Correspondence via Email & in General-Data Entry & Typing-Excellent Phone Etiquette-Excellent Listening Skills-Excellent Multitasking Skills Education and Experience Requirements : -High School Diploma or GED-Previous office experience, multitasking skills and the ability to change from one assignment to another with even flow and without much disruption is preferred.
