Human Resources Coordinator Temp to Hire
Pay Rate: $15.0
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Job Summary:
The HR Coordinator is responsible for processing day-to-day payroll and ensuring compliance with time and attendance policies. This role supports the HR team with various tasks and provides HR services to employees. The HR Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for employee issues within the assigned functional areas. Key responsibilities include payroll, time/attendance management, file management, and assorted clerical duties.

Ideal Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and payroll processes, with excellent organizational and communication skills. They will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Being bilingual in English and Spanish is crucial for effective communication with a diverse workforce. Experience in a manufacturing or unionized environment, as well as familiarity with HR systems like AS400, Kronos, Ceridian, or Workday, will be highly advantageous.
