Overview of position The Service Tech at Quality Stoves and Spas is a position where the main goal and focus is maintenance and repair of Hearth and Spa products. Job Responsibilities

∙Job Prep: Ensuring that appropriate materials are loaded prepared for all projects.

∙Education: Continuing education on current codes, service, installation, and operation procedures of new and existing products.

∙Safety:Following company and government safety standards. Participate in all company safety training.

∙Technical Service: Trouble shooting, Diagnosing, and repairing hearth and spa products.

∙Organized: Keep work vehicle and job site clean and organized up to company standards. ∙Operations:Ensure compliance with current policies and developing new policies as needed to ensure safe and efficient service.

∙ Customer relations: Communicating clearly while keeping a positive and professional attitude with customers.

∙Expertise: Advanced understanding of Hearth and Spa products and technical procedures.

∙Servant Minded: Work in all facets needed to assist in accomplishing what needs done.

Requirements

∙Ability to lift over 50lbs

∙Good driving record

∙6 months related experience

∙Service Tools

∙Able to work while kneeling

∙HVAC Apprentice/Journeyman license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 50 per week
