What We Offer Our Truck Drivers :

We pay $0.60 per mile OR 27% from gross - your choice

Our OTR Drivers AVERAGE $1,800 - $2,000 per week

Home Time Minimum : 2 Weeks OTR and 2 Days home (1 day home per 1 week out)

We Pay Detention Pay & Layover / Breakdown Pay

Weekly Settlements are on Thursdays with direct deposit

PAID vacation - Earn 1 paid week off per every year worked, up to 3 weeks

Passenger Policy

1 Day Orientation

Truck Driver Bonuses :

Level 1 - $350

Level 2 - $250

Level 3 - $150

$1,000.00 - 4 clean inspections

$1,500.00 - 5 clean inspections

$2,000.00 - 6 or more clean inspections

Referral bonus - $500

Orientation :

1 day Orientation : Scheduled between Monday - Thursday

Job Requirements :

Truck Driver Requirements :

23 years of age or older

2 years of verifiable semi-truck driving experience

Must possess a current Class A CDL

No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years

No major / serious violations in the last 5 years including leaving the scene of an accident, speeding violations 15 mph over the speed limit, reckless / careless driving, Driving Under the Influence (DUI, DWI), etc.

No drug or alcohol offenses in the last 3 years

Meet DOT requirements and be able to pass DOT physical and drug screen tests, both of which are paid for by the company

Perform PTI and report equipment malfunction on time

Manage your time properly to ensure on time picks and deliveries
