- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering
- 2-5 years of professional experience in chemical processing environment
- Working experience with AutoCAD
- In-Depth knowledge with chemical engineering unit operations: distillation, advanced filtration, mixing, and materials handling
- Proficient with Microsoft applications or statistical software; knowledge and experience with at least one of the following: JMP, Minitab or SAS
- Manage manufacturing processes, oversee product quality, and collaborate closely with internal partners to continually monitor, optimize, and enhance manufacturing operations.
- Conduct process design calculations and produce various deliverables including hydraulic calculations, equipment sizing, process simulations, Heat and Material Balances (H&MB), Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), as well as FMEA and Cause and Effect Diagrams (C&E).
- Develop and maintain process engineering calculations and standards (e.g. relief valve sizing, line sizing, application of margin, etc.) Support specification and procurement of equipment such as rotating equipment and heat exchangers, vessels, filters, and columns
- Leads/Manages quality, process, and productivity project and conducts risk assessments
