Sr. Audit Compliance Analyst – Financial Services IndustryLooking for a strong consultant to help join the team and play a pivotal role!
QUICK FACTS
  • Location: San Diego, CA
  • Pay Range: $35 - $40/hr (this range is based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, experience, location, skill set)
  • Duration: 3-6 months
  • Hours: Hybrid schedule, standard office hours
Experience You Will Need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CIA, CFE) preferred
  • 1 years of experience in compliance, internal audit, or a related field within financial services industry
  • Expert knowledge of regulatory frameworks, including SEC, FINRA, and Dodd-Frank Act requirements
MAIN DUTIES OF THE JOB
  • Assist the compliance team with administering the compliance management program, utilizing at least one year of compliance experience, ideally in a risk control role, to understand task objectives and minimize training needs.
  • Manage administrative functions resulting from records retention meetings, such as identifying next steps, scheduling meetings with key business unit members, and preparing agendas for review.
  • Support vendor review processes and meetings by gathering necessary vendor documentation and ensuring all compliance requirements are met.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to implementing and overseeing all aspects of the compliance program, maintaining and updating compliance records for the Compliance Manager/Officer.
