Job Description

We are currently looking for Reno candidates that are interested in an exciting opportunity to join a locally owned Casino in Reno, NV.

The opportunity would be for a Shift Supervisor. We are seeking a leader who possess both administrative skills and ability to lead team members in achieving daily goals and objectives. Provide positive guest service and advise guests regarding special events and property information. Ability to resolve guest service issues effectively. Good written and verbal communication skills helpful.

Responsibilities:

Day to day operations of the casino floor including paying jackpots, fixing slot machines, scheduling team members, monitoring guest service levels and adjusting staff accordingly, when necessary doing progressive discipline of staff, following and enforcing company policy and procedures as well as having a working understanding of policies and procedures of the Nevada Gaming Control Board.

Maintain numerous official logs and operate basic machinery such as jet sorters, bill counters, slots and E-Ticket/Currency kiosks.

Ability to multi task and maintain composure in stressful situations.

Requirements:

Must be 21

Previous Casino Supervisory experience is preferred.

Nevada Gaming registration is required along with an Alcohol Awareness card.

Available Shifts: We are currently seeking candidates interested in the Swing shifts.

Swing – 2pm-10pm, 3pm-11pm, and 4pm-12am
