Qualtronics LLC is in need of a skilled Material Handler to oversee, monitor, and keep a record of our inventory. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our supplies in an organized and efficient manner, delivering materials to production areas, and packaging orders for shipping.

$17 hourly

• Sort, count, package, label, and unpack inventory that is received
• Inspect shipments for damages, loss, or defects, and notify the Manager of findings
• Check inventory to verify the availability of needed stock
• Maintain product stock in the work area
• Monitor packaging material supplies and notify the Manager when materials get to the restocking point
• Operate dolly, pallet jack, and/or forklift in loading and unloading material and equipment
• Driving company vehicle between locations
• Work closely with the inventory group to monitor supply levels and submit purchasing recommendations on a regular basis
• Collaborate with the inventory control and purchasing groups to determine when a product is missing in a delivery
• Pick/Pull/Kit raw materials
• Load, unload, and move material within the assigned area
• Other duties as needed

• Previous forklift experience
• Must have a clean driving record
• Organizational skills
• Ability to read and analyze Information
• Adept at handling multiple complex tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in prioritizing and meeting multiple deadlines
• Excellent time management
• Process improvement mindset
• Knowledge of inventory control
• Ability to lift heavy materials
• Data entry skills
