Quanex Homeshield LLC is Hiring a 1st Shift Warehouse Person Near Rice, WI
- Work from orders, schedules, shipping, receiving papers, lists, tally sheets, instructions to check, load correctly marked cartons to achieve economical use of cargo space and to minimize in transit damage
- Check, weigh count, unload, sign for incoming material; ensure accurate count, report missing product, take photograph of damaged items
- Operate lift truck to move, pick up, stack, shelve, deliver material, delivery; process outgoing United Parcel Service shipments
- Load, operate equipment to band material
- Fill out daily truck maintenance report, perform trailer inspections, check battery, put electric truck on charge at end of shift
- Report malfunctions, unusual conditions; keep equipment, work area in clean, orderly condition
- Follow all safety procedures, rules and guidelines; and notify supervisor/team lead of any existing or potential safety issues
- Responsible for attending work on time and for scheduled hours each day.
- Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.
