Summary: The primary focus of the Production Supervisor is to manage and coordinate production operations to meet customer requirements. Knowledge and understanding of every production position is required. This position directly supervises all production associates.

What Success Looks Like:

• Manage, coordinate, and execute production schedule.
• Ensure compliance to company safety rules and company policies.
• Identify and address safety issues.
• Accident investigation and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.
• Ensures staff is properly trained.
• Continuously look for improvements and elimination of all waste.
• Address quality issues, ensure product meets quality standards through the manufacturing process.
• Must understand 5s system and be able to train others in this area.
• Identify quality and production issues with suggestions for resolution.

Your Credentials:

• Assist in training new production employees.
• General housekeeping and perform daily/weekly 6's duties.
• Operate forklift/fill out daily forklift checklist when needed.
• Will be required to perform other duties, and activities as requested, directed, or assigned.

Beginning Annual Salary is $64,556 commensurate with experience.
