As a key member of our team, you will oversee a diverse group of professionals, including quality assurance, PHP developers, network security specialists, and more. In addition to project management responsibilities, you will actively contribute to PHP development projects, ensuring high-quality code and timely delivery.Key Responsibilities:Project Oversight: Manage the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.Team Leadership: Oversee the work of the quality assurance professional, PHP developer, lead network security professional, and other team members, providing guidance and support.Client and Vendor Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and vendors, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring clear and effective communication.Stakeholder Management: Liaise with upper management and HR to align project goals with business objectives and manage resource allocation.Planning and Scheduling: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, and monitor progress against these plans.Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery.Quality Assurance: Ensure all project deliverables meet the highest quality standards and comply with relevant regulations and industry best practices.Reporting: Provide regular status updates to stakeholders, including detailed project reports, progress metrics, and issue resolution plans.PHP Development: Actively contribute to PHP development projects, writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
