We are a direct-hire employment agency that hosts monthly job fair events in Metro Detroit.
We are recruiting a Campus Recruitment Manager for local companies based in Metro Detroit with 50 to 250 employees.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement campus recruitment strategies to attract top graduates
- Build and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, and student organizations
- Plan and execute campus recruitment events, including job fairs and career workshops
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions
- Utilize social media and other platforms to engage with students and recent graduates
- Monitor and report on campus recruitment metrics and trends
Qualifications:
- Proven working experience as a Campus Recruitment Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of campus recruitment processes and candidate engagement techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Hourly Pay Range:
- $40 - $55 per hour
