Your Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage complex projects and programs, focusing on treasury, cash management, and new payment solutions.
• Coordinate impact analyses, workshops, and drive functional specification processes as the program evolves.
• Collaborate with technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of each project phase.
• Utilize your technical expertise in payment systems to navigate challenges and guide the program to success.
• Ensure alignment between all involved parties and maintain clear, consistent communication across the board.

What You Bring:

• 5 years of senior project or program management experience within the banking or financial services industry.
• Expertise in treasury, cash management, and payment systems, along with the technical acumen to lead in these areas.
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder landscapes and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business solutions.
• A degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (Master’s or certifications like PMP are a plus).
