Quantifi is Hiring a Financial Controller Near New York, NY
Responsibilities:
- Development, maintenance and continuous improvement of accounting and internal control systems.
- Maintenance of general ledger and financial reporting, including consolidation of foreign subsidiaries.
- Accurate and timely filing of all tax returns (Corporate, Payroll, Sales & Use, etc.).
- Oversee annual financial audit and any tax audits.
- Preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
- Maintenance of Federal, State and Local legal compliance.
- 5 years experience in accounting functions.
- CPA preferred.
- Hands-on experience of GAAP based financial reporting.
- Knowledge in various areas of taxation (Sales & Use, Payroll, Corporate, etc.).
- Excellent computer skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Previous experience with a multi-national software company highly preferred.
