Key Responsibilities Develop and manage detailed schedules, budgets, resource needs, and work plans for complex, multi-faceted R&D programs Manage major subcontractors to get on-time delivery of needed technologies or hardware Lead regular status meetings and project reviews Ensure timely and effective communicationof strategy, scope changes, risks, and progressbetween technical teams, partners, product and program management, and leadership Manage execution of annual plan throughout the year by working with technical, program management, and finance teams Coordinate gathering requirements, drafting statements of work, and evaluation of potential new projects. YOU MUST HAVE: Bachelor's degree Minimum 5 years experience in technical program management Applicants for employment for this position must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States and with Quantinuum.
