Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating individuals with communication and swallowing disorders. Your role will involve working in settings, providing inpatient care, conducting speech therapy sessions, administering standardized testing, managing cases, and utilizing your expertise in anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and clinic operations.

Duties:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders.
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
- Provide therapy sessions to improve communication skills and swallowing abilities.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
- Utilize standardized testing tools to evaluate speech and language abilities.
- Manage cases effectively by maintaining accurate records and progress reports.
- Stay updated on the latest research and advancements in speech therapy techniques.
- Educate patients and their families on strategies for improving communication.

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Prior experience working in a or clinical setting is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
- Proficiency in conducting standardized testing for speech and language disorders.
- Ability to effectively manage cases and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with patients, families, and colleagues.
