The Position:

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Regional Leasing Specialist to join our team. As a Rover, you will travel between multiple apartment communities within our portfolio, assisting each community in achieving its occupancy goals. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and excels at leasing and customer service.

 Responsibilities:

• Conduct leasing activities such as touring apartments, properly qualifying prospects, and closing leases.
• Implement and execute marketing strategies to increase traffic and maintain high occupancy levels.
• Build rapport with prospects and residents to provide excellent customer service and ensure resident satisfaction.
• Assist with the preparation of leasing reports, outreach marketing, and other administrative tasks as needed.
• Stay updated on market conditions, competitor pricing, and trends to help guide leasing strategies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, fair housing regulations, and leasing standards at all times.
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times

Qualifications:

• 3 years of Property leasing experience
• Must be able to work Saturdays
• Excellent follow up skills via email and phone
• Resman and I Love Leasing experience preferred
• Bi-lingual a plus
• Marketing experience preferred
