MissionQuantum Research is seeking a highly skilled Network Operation and Security Center Chief . Ideal candidate is responsible for all day-to-day operations of the NOSC. The NOSC Chief will serve as the primary representative responsible for all Network Operation Center services and collaboration with other service providers in developing, operating, and maintaining critical network monitoring.
Responsibilities
MissionQuantum Research is seeking a highly skilled Network Operation and Security Center Chief . Ideal candidate is responsible for all day-to-day operations of the NOSC. The NOSC Chief will serve as the primary representative responsible for all Network Operation Center services and collaboration with other service providers in developing, operating, and maintaining critical network monitoring.
Responsibilities
- Report to the Program Manager (PM)/ CIO.
- Building a cohesive team to address the operations and security issues
- Building a comprehensive set of Policies and Standard Operating Procedures
- Enforce all Policies and Standard Operating Procedures
- Working closely with the security team to provide highly secure system
- Working with HR to build a training program for the staff
- Build/approve the suite of tools for use in the NOSC
- Build all monthly reporting required by the PM in support of the contract
- Other duties as assigned and they relate to the contract and company mission
- BS degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or Computer Science or equivalent field
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Relevant certifications such as CCNP, CISSP
- 5 years of experience in network operations and security management
- 5 years of experience in NOSC environment
- 5 years of experience in managing and directing staff
- Experience with RMF and NIST 800-53
- Must have a Secret Security Clearance
- NetApp Certified Data Administrator
- Cisco CCNP
- CISSP
