Job Title: Project Manager with IRS exp with MBI Clearance

Location: Remote

Duration: Long term contract

Previous IRS exp and active MBI Clearance is Mandatory.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within a government or highly regulated environment.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Active MBI clearance is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
• Experience with IRS projects or in a similar federal government agency.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA).
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
