Key Responsibilities:

• Develop products that enable customer organizations to discover, control, and enforce security policies on SaaS Identity Product.
• Conduct market research to identify security product opportunities and customer needs.
• Conduct regular security controls assessments, identify gaps, and plan for remediation.
• Analyze logs and proactively detect security loopholes, planning to fix them.
• Review and fine-tune policies in third-party security products (e.g., AWS WAF, Shield, Lexus Nexus Threat Matrix, Shape) with respect to identity threats.
• Conduct market studies and provide recommendations on security offerings from industry-leading identity products.
• Create and maintain product roadmaps, define product features, and prioritize engineering development efforts.
• Develop solutions and go-to-market strategies for an aligned product portfolio.
• Manage product launches and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful product releases.
• Balance short-term and long-term goals, making data-driven decisions about which features to include in each release based on customer needs, market trends, and objectives.
• Create and report on metrics demonstrating the ongoing status of the product security lifecycle.
• Partner with appropriate communications teams to provide input on communications and respond to questions from external parties.
• Create and maintain strong working relationships with other functions, such as Engineering, Marketing, Legal, Regulatory, and related groups.
• Ensure products are on par with or ahead of their competition regarding security posture.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Solid understanding of product security, cybersecurity, security assessment, and remediation.
• Experience in application security, production log analysis, and proactively identifying security gaps (product/configuration gaps).
• Experience in Consumer Identity and Access Management (CIAM), specifically Identity Management.
