Functions primarily as a case worker, also functions as a lead Case Manager assigned to cases involving juveniles in Quapaw Nation Court, provides and administers case management for juvenile deprived and delinquent cases in Quapaw Nation Court. The Juvenile Affairs Case Manager will carry out an array of responsibilities, duties, and goals such as providing services and supervision to juveniles in custody or on probation with Quapaw Nation Court, conducting intake interviews with juvenile offenders, their families, and any identified victims, developing appropriate treatment plans for said juveniles. The Juvenile Affairs Case Manager will also serve as liaison to various facilities, agencies, and schools. This Case Manager will report directly to the Court, may be required to testify in court hearings as an expert witness, and will also act as liaison between the court and Juvenile Affairs.
