The Project Manager - Operations will be responsible for delivering technical excellence and outstanding customer service in a team environment. This position will manage a team of maintenance technicians to ensure tolling equipment performs optimally while also being the point of contact for the client.
People Leadership
Work with multiple functional groups to define scope, budgeting, forecasting, for continuous operational delivery for project.
Lead the collaborative, dynamic planning process - prioritizing the work that needs to be done against the capacity and capability of the teams.
Drive cross functional team implementation and communication for best known practices across all operational aspects of project.
Systems Management
Matrix operational management oversight over software operation, technical operations, network/sysadmin operations, and direct operational management over local hardware maintenance operations per contract requirements.
Drive system performance ensuring all contract required metrics are maintained and all performance audits are completed and passed for each project performance requirement.
Translate customer requests and requirements into functional specs for all maintenance activities.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree (BA) from an accredited four-year college or university
Minimum 2 years’ supervisory/management experience, preferably in the field of system integration or enterprise solution implementation
Or equivalent combination of education and experience
PMP Certification desired but not required
Preferred Knowledge & Expertise
Ability to understand detailed system workflows
Understanding business rules per RFP requirements for contract
Understanding all contract KPI requirements for correct staffing levels to maintain hardware and software operations
Maintaining large-scale 24x7 revenue collection systems
