Snapshot Of Responsibilities…Supervisory & Management – hires and trains, organizes, and oversees schedules, and the performance of store employees. Conducts performance evaluations. Handles discipline in accordance with company policy. Collaborates with the management team to develop and maintain programs and promotions to increase sales. Identifies opportunities for improvement and implements training, strategies, goals, and other resources to maximize productivity and morale. Leads, coaches, and develops team.
Achieve store volume, margin, and service contract goals.
Assist with the selling of products based on customer needs.
Manage deposits, complete timely financial reports, and attend management meetings.

What’s required:
Extensive industry related experience as a store or sales manager, preferably in appliances and/or audio & video equipment
Strong verbal and written communication
Excellent sales and customer service skills
Thorough understanding of company products and those of immediate competitors in the surrounding market
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Point of Sale, and ERP system(s)
Ability to stand or sit/stand for prolonged periods of time walking throughout the store or sitting at a desk. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs at times.
