The successful candidate will assist the lead teacher throughout the school day, help manage and support student behavior, and serve as an example of Christ's kindness and love. This role is pivotal in creating a nurturing and inclusive environment where young students can grow and thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Classroom Assistance: Support the lead teacher with daily classroom activities, including preparation of materials, organization, and clean-up.
• Student Support: Aid in the supervision and management of student behavior, ensuring a safe and respectful learning environment.
• Instructional Support: Assist with small group activities, one-on-one support, and instructional tasks as directed by the lead teacher.
• Behavioral Guidance: Implement positive behavior management strategies in line with the school’s values and the lead teacher’s guidelines.
• Role Model: Exemplify the kindness, compassion, and teachings of Christ in all interactions with students, staff, and parents.
• Communication: Collaborate effectively with the lead teacher, parents, and other staff members to support student development and address any concerns.
