The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the after-school program, ensuring a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for students. This role includes planning and coordinating activities, supervising staff, maintaining proper paperwork, and upholding the values and teachings of the Catholic faith.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program Management: Oversee the daily operations of the after-school program, ensuring a structured, safe, and nurturing environment for all students.
• Activity Coordination: Plan and implement a variety of engaging and educational activities that promote social, emotional, and academic development.
• Student Supervision: Monitor and support students during after-school activities, addressing any behavioral or safety concerns promptly and effectively.
• Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with parents, staff, and school administration regarding program details, student progress, and any concerns.
• Adherence to Catholic Values: Ensure that all aspects of the after-school program reflect and adhere to the values and teachings of the Catholic faith.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of attendance, activities, and any incidents, and prepare reports as required.
• Paperwork Management: Ensure all necessary paperwork for students and employees is properly maintained and up-to-date, including attendance records, health and safety documentation, and staff credentials.
• Budget Management: Assist in managing the program budget, including purchasing supplies and materials necessary for activities.
