Position: Level 3 Armed Security Officer (Homeowners Association Pool Security)
Location: Princeton, Texas
Hours: Weekends, Days and Nights

Job Overview:
We’re seeking a skilled Level 3 Armed Security Officer to provide vigilant security at a homeowners association pool. Your responsibilities will include monitoring the pool area, ensuring the safety of residents, and managing any incidents that arise. Your professionalism, reliability, and ability to handle situations calmly are essential for maintaining a secure and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patrol the pool area and surrounding property to ensure safety and security.
• Monitor access to the pool area and verify that all individuals have appropriate access.
• Respond to and manage any incidents or disturbances promptly and effectively.
• Prevent unauthorized access and ensure compliance with all pool rules and regulations.
• Carry and manage a firearm in accordance with state regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with other security team members to maintain clear communication and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Valid Level 3 Armed Security License.
• 2 years of security experience, preferably in residential or similar settings.
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work various shifts, including weekends, days, and nights.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Experience in firearm handling and safety protocols.
