Position: Level 3 Armed Security Officer (Weekend Club Security)
Location: Fort Worth, Texas
Hours: Late nights, weekends
Job Overview:
We’re seeking a diligent Level 3 Armed Security Officer to ensure safety at high-traffic clubs. Your responsibilities will include performing pat-downs, ID checks, monitoring the premises, maintaining order, and carrying a firearm for added security. Professionalism, reliability, and the ability to de-escalate situations are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct pat-downs and ID checks at club entrances.
- Monitor the premises and surrounding area to ensure a safe environment.
- De-escalate conflicts and manage intoxicated patrons effectively.
- Prevent illegal activities and ensure no weapons enter the venue.
- Carry and manage a firearm in accordance with state regulations and company policies.
- Work collaboratively with a team and communicate clearly.
Qualifications:
- Valid Level 3 Armed Security License.
- 2 years of security experience, preferably in nightlife or high-risk environments.
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work late nights and weekends.
- Professional appearance (suit jacket required).
- Experience in firearm handling and de-escalation techniques.
