The Position
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing Quench’s general and industry-specific tradeshow program, including coordinating with on-site vendors and internal teams and play an integral role in developing and maintaining tradeshow booth materials and activities to increase foot traffic to the Quench booth. Under the direction of the Content Strategist lead, you will collaborate with content and sales enablement teams to develop relevant and custom communications and marketing materials for key sales teams and customers.
Essential Functions
· Manage trade show planning and logistics including coordinating on-site vendors as well as internal teams to lead to successful tradeshows
· Maintain and manage all tradeshow materials, including pop-up displays, booth furniture, and give-away items
· Identify key trends, market drivers and new tactics to lead to an increase in foot traffic to tradeshow booths
· Manage key sales team tools, including Mimeo, Highspot, ZoomInfo, and AutoQuotes and support sales team troubleshooting.
· Produce and publish custom content to support Quench’s National Accounts, Major Accounts, and Strategic Accounts sales teams, as needed
· Collaborate with 3rd party agencies/freelancers to produce and create content
· Support Marketing Communication/Sales Enablement team as needed with content creation
Qualifications
· Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Planning-related field of study
· 1 - 2 years’ experience in Marketing and/or Event Planning
· Experience with content creation tools and Sales Enablement Platforms such as Highspot, Adobe Creative Cloud,
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to implement marketing strategies, campaigns, and supporting materials
· Ability to identify key buying influences and develop compelling value proposition statements that drive customer behavior
· B2B experience preferred
· Must be a quick learner and should be able to adapt to changing technical and business requirements
· Results-oriented attitude, ability to manage multiple projects and data-driven mindset
