Quest is currently seeking qualified candidates for an Accounts Payable Specialist (6 Month Contract Role) to join our team! You will be responsible for heavy vendor maintenance while processing invoices!!
Will start off In-office to train and then switch to Hybrid schedule!!
Responsibilities:
- Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
- Compute and record numerical data
- Check the accuracy of business transactions
- Handle full-cycle AP process
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in accounts payable
- Experience with keying invoices
- Experience dealing with vendors and updating all their information
- Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
