Quest Commonwealth is Hiring an Accounts Payable Team Lead (6+ month contract) Near Duluth, GA
- Manage monitor and assist with the posting of A/P transactions and preparation of A/P disbursement proposals
- Perform month end requirements in a thorough and timely manner
- Ensure the accuracy of ledger postings and the reconciliation of vendor accounts
- Manage the movement of GR/IR transactions and ensure proper postings in a timely manner to the proper vendor account
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS and Irca’s standards & best practices
- Assist with management and maintaining of Expense reports and the Concur expenses system setup and monitoring
- Assist with the implementation, training and roll-out of Infor M3
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance or five years related accounting experience or an equivalent combination of education/experience and training
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
