Quest is seeking qualified candidates for an immediate 6 Months Accounts Receivable Lead role!!

This will be a Hybrid schedule. 4 days In & 1 day at home!! Looking to interview and have this person start ASAP!!!

NEED TO HAVE ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE LEAD EXPERIENCE!!!

The Accounts Receivable Lead works directly with the Accounts Receivable Manager to manage cash postings and collections for timely payments. This role requires regular communication and collaboration with external customers, company leadership, and multiple internal departments. Assist with the implementation and roll-out of Infor M3 ERP systems.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Manage, monitor and assist with the posting of A/R transactions and ensure timely A/R collections

• Perform month end requirements in a thorough and timely manner

• Resolve accounting discrepancies with customers in a patient and timely manner

• Provide monthly reports with accuracy and detail

• Ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS and company standards & best practices

• Assist with the implementation, training and roll-out of Infor M3

• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance or three years related accounting experience or an equivalent combination of education/experience and training

• Excellent organizational and planning skills

• Ability to maintain a high standard of quality with both internal accounting processes and the customer’s accounting processes.

• Must have high proficiency in recording and processing financial transactions relating to sales and customers.

• Intermediate Computer skills – Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint)

• Possess effective communication skills, both verbal and written

• Experience with SAP, Sage or Infor M3 accounting and finance transactions preferred
